At PuffyPrints, we want your shopping experience to be safe, smooth, and worry-free. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
When We Offer a Full Refund (Including Shipping)?
We provide a full refund in the following cases:

Item not as described: If the product you receive is not the same as shown in the photos on our website.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, torn, misprinted, or defective.
When Refunds Are Not Available (but we offer solutions)?

Incorrect address provided by the customer: If you entered the wrong or incomplete shipping address, we cannot issue a refund.
👉 However, if the package is not lost and is returned to us, we can arrange a re-delivery for a very small fee to cover the shipping cost. -
Incorrect size chosen by the customer: If you ordered the wrong size, we cannot issue a refund.
👉 To help you out, we will provide a 40% OFF discount coupon for your next order. Please make sure to double-check your size before placing an order.
How to Request a Refund?

Please include your order number, photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect), and a clear description of the issue.
Once your request is approved, we will process your refund back to your original payment method.
Processing Time
Refunds may take 10–12 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
